Taco Time: Chicano Style

Chef Robert Luna, of Mas Malo in Downtown LA, gives us his personal recipe for his “namesake”, Ground Beef & Pickle Tacos. These tacos were made with love for him by his mother and now he shares this piece of his childhood with his Mas Malo customers.

Ground Beef & Pickle Tacos recipe:

1 Russet Potato

1LB Ground Beef,

2 TBSP Paprika

1 TBSP Cumin

4 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Yellow Onion

4TBSP Olive Oil

2 cups Vegetable Oil

Sliced Pickles!
